Come to Heidelberg this late summer for Snap!Con 2025!
From the 1st to the 3rd of September, 2025, we will return to Snap!Con’s roots at PH Heidelberg to meet, share, learn and have fun together. Join the Snap! team and the community of creative computing educators, appreciators & enthusiasts in a unique event of contributing and celebrating computing pedagogy.
Contribute
The call for contributions is now open! Tell us your ideas, show us your projects, share with us your insights and materials, spread the wisdom, the gimmicks and the awesomeness!
We’re interested in your
- Talks - 15 mins + 5 Q&A
- Lightning talks - 5 mins, Q&A at the end of the session
- Workshops / discussions - 90 mins, interactive & collaborative, not a talk (!)
- Projects - 3 mins (Snap! projects only, no slides)
- BoFs - informal discussions about a shared topic - 30 mins, not a talk (!)
Back to Heidelberg
This year’s conference will be co-located with Snap4Europe, an outreach program developed by our hosts at the PH Heidelberg. There will be keynote addresses, a conference dinner and an excursion to SAP.
The conference will take place in person in Heidelberg, Germany, all talks will be broadcast online, there will also be opportunities to actively participate remotely in certain sessions.

- Registration opens: May 1
- Proposals due: May 15
- Acceptance Notice: June 15
- Conference: September 1-3
- Informal pre-conference meet-up: Sunday, August 31

Call for Participation

You can submit proposals for Birds of a Feather (BoF)s, Show Us Your Projects, Workshops, Talks, and Lightning Talks. The submission period is open April 03 - May 15, 2025. You have 33 days left!
